Terms of Use

These terms set out how you may use the My League app and website (the "Service") provided by My League ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides scoreboards for recreational sports, match records, and official match records and rankings confirmed by your opponent. You can also borrow a scoreboard without signing in.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a Kakao, Google or Apple account. Only you may use your account, and you are responsible for it.
• Your nickname is visible to other users, so do not impersonate anyone or use an offensive name.
• You can delete your account at any time under Profile in the app.

3. Match records and official matches

• An official match counts only after your opponent approves the result in the app.
• Do not record matches that did not happen, approve your own matches from another account, or otherwise manipulate records.
• We may correct or remove records we suspect were manipulated, and restrict the accounts involved.

4. Pro subscription

• Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription paid through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown for your country on the purchase screen.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancel or change your payment method in App Store or Google Play subscription settings. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow the store's refund policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Pro benefits are those shown on the purchase screen. We will give 30 days' notice before reducing them.

5. Ads

The free version may show ads. In Scoreboard-only mode, watching a rewarded ad to the end unlocks one scoreboard; the app explains what happens if an ad cannot load. Advertisers are responsible for their ads.

6. What you must not do

• Hack, access abnormally, or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Reverse-engineer or modify the app, or bypass ad rewards or subscription checks
• Enter other people's personal information without permission, or harass other users
• Break the law or public order

7. What you enter

You keep the rights to what you enter, such as your nickname and venue names. You allow us to use it as needed to provide the Service (storing it, showing it to your opponents, calculating rankings). We keep the rights to the Service's software, design and scoreboards.

8. Changes to the Service

We may change or add features to improve the Service. It may pause for maintenance or outages. If we shut the Service down, we will give 30 days' notice.

9. Limitation of liability

• Injuries, disputes or facility problems during a match are the responsibility of those taking part, not ours.
• Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the free Service.
• Data kept only on your device (such as Scoreboard-only scores) cannot be recovered if the device is lost or the app is deleted.

10. Restrictions

If you break these terms we may restrict your use step by step: warning, correcting records, suspension, then closing the account. Contact us below if you disagree.

11. Changes to these terms

We will announce changes in the app or on this website 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes against your interest). Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country you live in take precedence.
